I would give her more exercise. Sounds like she is being destructive because she is bored. Also try leaving bones out for her and maybe something to stimulate her like a interactive dog toy. I give Cookie the large size Kong filled with peanut butter and her favorite interactive toy is the
JW Grass Ball. It massages her gums or something when she chews on it because she can sit for hours chewing. She carries this ball everywhere with or without treats.
