Hi all,
We did tons of research on food and basically what we came up with is that whatever is from the vet's is crap (majority). My vet tried to recommend Eukanuba. Not impressed.

We use Orijen large breed puppy for our boy Toa (now 13 weeks old). It is made in Alberta (where I live) and is all organic natural ingredients with no fillers.

We thought about raw food diet, but for us it was just too inconvenient and too much of a hassle, with travel and if we even needed him to be babysat, it was just not a good choice for us. But I've heard awesome things about it and I do still add various things to his diet a couple of times/week to get him used to things and get him other types of vitamins and nutrients.

A few breeders that we know feed their dogs high quality kibble and supplement a little raw/boiled meat and veggies, yogurt, etc here and there.

There are sooo many choices out there, and it can really be overwhelming. But we all just want what's best for our dogs
