In case anybody is having problems in resizing their BMD photos to use on the forum, I just came across this site which allows you to shrink the size of your pictures online and then download to your computer.
Hope it helps and saves you some money not having to buy expensive photo-editing software.  PS. I used it for my profile pic of Della here.
