Berner puppy doesnt want to eat

My family just bought a 10 week old Berner from a breeder and the puppy refuses to eat! We gave her the kibble the breeder said she was eating. We also bought her Eukanuba kibble and she eats that a little, but not much. I'm so worried because the puppy is losing weight. We have a dr appt tomorrow for her and hope the vet will give us some insight into what to do. Anyone else has had any problems like this??

Hmmm, How are you offering the kibble to her? Are you soaking it in warm water before you give it to her?
