I have my Berner and two Keeshonds

I've always had two dogs at once, unless I'm between dogs and down to one. I briefly had no dogs when I moved from my parents before I got married (that was a sad sad time for me, only me and my two cats). Now we're back up to two with a 5 year old spayed spaniel mix we adopted as an adult, and our crazy lovable 7 month old berner boy! I will always have two at once because they keep each other company and give me a break when they hang out! My cat thinks he is a dog so he occupies them too, but that doesn't count as a third dog does it?
