Thanks to very good friends within city governments throughout the Nation we pass one legislation at a time restricting breeders rights, I have been disgruntled with BMDC therefore thanks to the help of Susan Ablon who works internally with the Berner Garde we have full access to all personal breeder activity with Berner Garde and AKC files making it easy for us to shut down all breeders using their own city officials and when that doesn't work we use PETA & many other animal rights groups who will eagerly go to any lengths to target and destroy breeders. Susan Ablon is allowed to breed because she has the best dogs and the price is high because we have created a shortage in the market, but all of this is done to protect the breed and a special thanks to Patti Morgan, Patti Smith and Pat Long.

Whenever we see someone breeding our dogs we travel any distance to access their property disguised as buyers or rescues we ask a multitude of questions then get city officials to enforce the ever increasing strict laws we get placed within each city. We have been responsible for getting entire cities to ban all breeding of animals.

We track Berner Garde database & AKC files internally therefore any purebred dogs & litter quantities etc are known by our group. New dog owners who show up at the dog shows with the intent on breeding we attack & send them into hiding. Our ultimate goal is to ban all breeding except those done by me and a few of my friends. We are the only ones responsible enough to breed high quality dogs and we can charge accordingly. We have the political ties & the clout to accomplish this. Government rule & legislation is the only way to manage such an irresponsible mass populous.

Perhaps once all pet breeders are shut down, all pet stores are shut down, all pet ownership is made illegal without a $1000 per year pet license fee and only a select few, namely me can breed pets at a cost of $20,000 per animal then this will clear out the shelters and people will take better care of their pets and never abandon them. These are our ultimate goals, one legislation at a time.

wow!!!! I'm not sure what to say!!!!

I understand about bad breeding, I have a big boy that has genetic problems. But know this please, I WOULD NEVER GIVE HIM UP, I WOULD NEVER TRADE HIM.

Do I wish this problem on him? no. but he has a problem, but he is LOVED and he loves back 150%.

Having a monopoly on breeding? Really now. Do you think you could do proper breeding? what happens when one of those genes comes to light? one that was recessed.

Puppy mills? yes i agree with banning them, but other breeders? hmmmmm

I'm sorry, but are you ridiculous. First, No one would spend 20,000 for a dog that lives about 6 to 10 years. Secondly, how in the world do you expect to stop everyone in the US from breeding? I don't expect you and a couple people to drive/fly to every state and inspect peoples homes. And of course I don't think you will ever get that Bill passed here, I'm sure a lot of people in the house would vote against the bill. I agree on getting the bad breeders out, but not every single person is a bad breeder. Your going to try and tell me that I can't breed my dogs when mine have an International championship bloodline and that all your dogs are better? A black market would be created just like the ones they have for big cats, monkeys, etc. and we still arent catching everyone that has these animals so how are you suppose stop people from having a little dog?
