*Sorry for the re-post. I realized I posted the video first in the wrong section. In my second go, I decided to add more background info.*
YouTube - The Bernering ok, so this is very, very silly, but here's the story behind it. Ollie now has to wear a basket muzzle because he has been eating rocks. In 3.5 weeks he has had two surgery's save him from a deadly obstruction. The first time they removed a rock the size of a lemon, the second time 10 rocks from his small intestine. The past few months have been hell, (and we have postponed our wedding because of expenses.) Anyway, he had his last set of staples removed a few weeks ago and he's working on getting comfortable with his basket muzzle which has been a trial because he can't play with his sister anymore in the yard. As a way to make light of the situation we made a campy horror movie with our dogs, (on our cell phones) inspired by the muzzle. It's really dark but stick with it-it pays off- Ollie and Mirabelle turn out to be the stars! |

Thank you! If you have a chance, please send it on! We are trying to make ollie famous enough to pay us pack for his two recent surgeries-due to his rock eating habit.

![]() Years ago I had a rock eater. It was terrible and frustrating. FINALLY she stopped eating rocks at about a year old. I was constantly worried about her but luckily they all passed through ![]() |

I'm so glad she stopped. The Doctors don't think he could survive another surgery. They said they would so it it they had to but he had so many adhesions and scar tissue after his first surgery that when they opened him for they second, (3 weeks later) they freaked out. We are so frightened that he will eat another rock that we have to keep a muzzle on him in the yard. It sucks because he can't play with his sister anymore. With the muzzle on he can't defend himself-wrestle, or fetch. We are still figuring out how to improve his quality of life and keep him safe.
