hi i have a 7 month old bernese boy, he is very helathy and has his checks but recently i think the hair aroudn his eyes is thinning like all around the eye, its hard to wrok out wether it is, i was just wondering if it is thinning what is this is it serious, its on both eyes he did have an eye infection which was treated a while ago could this be anything to do with it
