Our boy Toa LOVES anything that is hard and rubbery.... he also likes his rope chew toys and has a big rubber bone that he spends so much time on! It's hilarious. It's just a plain old red thing and has no food in/on it and he will just chew away. And it's pretty durable too.
Kong makes things to stuff them with now too, you can get the chew sticks that you just insert with a little sticking out the end and Toa goes nuts for it. You can also stuff them with peanut butter or cheese whiz but I think that's gross.... peanuts are the most chemically treated product out there, so get the all natural stuff. |

Walmart sells a long version of a "tennis ball", it has a squeaker (that won;t last long) but our Winston LOVES IT! He has had it for about a year now, and it is still holding up. I think it was around $20.00
Which I think was worth it, considering he has been playing with it outside. This will be it's second winter outside.

ITA about the kongs with peanut butter. Try freezing them before you give them to your pup, it lasts longer and keeps them super busy. We also are a fan of the tennis ball type toy but its long......not a ball(does that even make sense?) Its from walmart too.

We just bought a bag of the sweet potato chews and we love them! My vet raved about them. It took a few minutes for my pups get used to a non-meat chew but they are cheaper than pizzles and they are something different.
